The motherless paternity test can conclusively confirm the biological relationship between the alleged father and a child. A paternity test does not necessitate the mother’s sample. The test is performed through the home testing kit sent to the applicant. This test is not court admissible. The DNA paternity test will show a minimum probability of 99.9% inclusion in cases where the tested man is the biological father. The exclusion is always of 100%.

The test is performed through the self-sampling kit sent to the applicant and is not court admissible. This DNA paternity test is 100% conclusive for an exclusion of the alleged father and greater than 99.9% for inclusion.

A Paternity Test may be court admissible if the sample collection follows a strict procedure known as the “chain of custody”. The samples need to be collected by a medical doctor, nurse or lawyer who will be responsible for verifying the samples and sending them to the laboratory for analysis. If this procedure is followed correctly the result of the paternity test can be presented in a court of law.
The accuracy of the test does not change and is 100% conclusive for an exclusion of the alleged father and greater than 99.99% for inclusion.

This test confirms the biological relationship between the alleged mother and a child, without testing the father. DNA Siblingship analysis can be used to determine whether two alleged siblings are biologically related or not, generally this test is used when the DNA sample of the parent(s) is not available. The test can tell you the likelihood that siblings are full siblings, half siblings or not related at all. The inclusion of one common parent will greatly increase the accuracy of the final result and is strongly recommended where possible.

This test is used to determine the existence of a biological link between a person and his or her grandparents. We strongly suggest including the Mother’s sample if available.It is important to understand that a child shares 50% of their genes with their mother and 50% with their father. Grandparents will only share around 25% of their genes with their grandchildren and thus, this test result cannot be as accurate as DNA paternity testing; Nevertheless, a grandparentage test can still provide a strong indication of the alleged familial relationship. To increase accuracy we always recommend testing both grandparents in this DNA test.

This test is used to determine the biological link between a child and his or her paternal relatives. The test is often done when the alleged father is not available for testing. Unlike the direct relationship between a parent and a child where the parent gives half his or her genes to the child, an aunt or uncle will only share around 25% of their genetic material with their niece or nephew; therefore the test result from an avuncular test will not be as conclusive as DNA paternity testing but it can provide a strong indication of the alleged familial relationship.

Y-STR Male Lineage DNA test is used to determine if two males share the same paternal lineage. The Y chromosome is inherited and passed exclusively down the male line. Since it has a relatively infrequent mutation rate, it will remain relatively unchanged for many generations. The test will analyse the Y chromsome from each sample submitted and will generate a Y-STR profile for each person. The result are then compared; if the Y chromsome sequences of the people tested match it indicates that the tested parties share a paternal line.
X-Chromosome Test

X chromosome testing is used in cases where two females believe they share the same father. Each female has two X chromosomes, one inherited from the mother and the other inherited from the father. This test can help determine whether two sisters have inherited one of their X chromosomes from the same biological father thus, making then at least half sisters.

This test can be used to determine whether two or more people are related through the maternal line. The test is based on the Mitochondrial DNA sequence variation that is passed from females to their offspring. Since this has a relatively infrequent mutation rate, it will remain the same through various generations. Males do not pass the X-SV they inherited from their mother to their children.
